• Produced documentation to a consistent high standard and delivered within agreed timescales.
• Received letter of commendation from the customer’s Technical Director.
• Successfully completed Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam.

Managed several simultaneous long term and short-term projects to provide a suite of technical and security accreditation documentation for a variety of communications and secure communication network systems.

• Liaised with customers at all levels to ensure timely delivery of a superior documentation product.
• Produced a suite of IT security Accreditation Document Sets. Accreditation documentation was accepted immediately, enabling the continued use of a secure computer network.

Safety Experience

Produced and reviewed safety case documentation within an authorised nuclear site.

• Reviewed and revised written operating procedures, to ensure technical accuracy, for a wide range of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment in use within the nuclear site.
• Participated in Hazard Operability (HAZOP) studies. Produced, controlled and administered documentation review process to meet regulatory, legal and BS EN ISO 9001 quality requirements.

 Training Experience

Produced and managed an extensive suite of training documentation including documentation for 25 training courses for Communications, Radar and Sonar technicians and operators.
